Because of the nature of research materials and the need to maintain the integrity of stock, returns cannot be accepted. By agreeing to these terms you confirm that you understand your obligations in relation to legal compliance, the health risks associated with handling research materials, and the safety information relevant to them.
Peptide Works reserves the right to refuse a sale where the age requirement is not met or where the intended use appears questionable, and disclaims liability for incidental or consequential damages arising from the handling, possession or use of any product supplied.
You agree to indemnify Peptide Works against all claims arising from your handling, possession or use of the products supplied to you.
Products sold through Peptide Works are intended strictly for research purposes only. They are explicitly not for human consumption.
Customers must be associated with a body qualified to carry out laboratory research, including but not limited to a university, a laboratory or another research-based facility. Peptide Works reserves the right to carry out due diligence assessments and to refuse a sale where that requirement is not satisfied.
Peptide Works assumes no responsibility for misuse of any product, or for damage arising from abuse or negligence in its handling. Responsibility for safe handling, storage and disposal in accordance with applicable safety standards rests with the customer and, where relevant, with the institution on whose behalf the order is placed.
No dosage information, administration instruction, protocol or guidance concerning use in humans or animals is provided by Peptide Works under any circumstances, and no such information should be inferred from a product listing, a format, a quantity or a piece of supporting documentation.
Payment may be made by Visa, Mastercard, Zelle, bank transfer or cryptocurrency. Promotional codes are applied at the checkout stage, and one voucher may be used per order.
A window of two hours following purchase applies to order modifications. Beyond that point an order may already have been prepared for dispatch, and a change cannot be guaranteed.
Orders are dispatched worldwide in plain packaging with tracking, and are consolidated under a single shipping charge rather than a separate charge for each item. A window of seven days applies to the reporting of damaged items, and reports should quote the order reference and the lot number of the affected unit. Outside that window, and in the absence of damage, returns are not accepted for the reasons set out above.
Delivery timeframes depend on the carrier and on the destination, including any customs processing that applies, and are therefore not guaranteed.
Before placing an order, customers must verify the regulations that apply in the destination country. Import rules for research materials differ between jurisdictions and are subject to change.
Peptide Works will not accept responsibility for any loss caused by the customer not complying with the laws of the country to which products are sent. Where a shipment requires correspondence with customs authorities, Peptide Works will assist the customer where it is possible to do so, but no guarantee of clearance is given or implied.
Responsibility for confirming that a material may lawfully be imported into, and held for research in, the destination jurisdiction rests with the customer.
The Peptide Works name and logo, together with all content published on this website, are the property of Peptide Works and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
This includes the graphics, text, user interfaces, logos, images, layout and underlying code of the site. None of that material may be reproduced, copied, uploaded, republished, publicly displayed, posted, translated, encoded, distributed or transmitted without express written consent.
Nothing on this website should be construed as granting any licence or right to use any trademark displayed on it.
You agree to indemnify this website, together with its partners, directors, officers and employees, against any demand or claim, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party arising from or relating to your use of the content published here.
